The Quicksilver Storm Catalyst adds the perk Nano-entanglement which changes the weapons damage typer to Strand. Final blows with grenades create tangles. After the Lightfall campaign is completed the Catalyst can be obtained from the holoprojector on Neomuna. We will complete the objectives you select above.
