Hierarchy of Needs

The Hierarchy of Needs bow is the Spire of the Watcher Exotic. It’s unlocked by completing the final boss for an RNG chance of it dropping. We will farm the final boss on all characters each week until it drops guaranteed. Hierarchy of Needs is a Solar energy exotic weapon. There is also a catalyst that can be unlocked by a quest once the weapon is obtained.
