The Duality Dungeon has Triumphs needed to complete the Discerptor Seal. Once all are completed it will unlock the Discerptor Title for you to apply to any character.
Claiming the Triumphs Solo Thoughtstealer, Master Thoughtstealer, and Mind Heist will increase the Heartshadow drop rate.
