The Blind Well is located in the Dreaming City and is the best way to obtain the Dreaming City weapons. Blind Well is a public activity with a Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 difficulty. Each normal completion rewards 1 weapon and a heroic rewards 2 weapons guaranteed. You need to have Charge of Lights for the tier selected for us to start the activity. Charge of Lights can be bought from Petra Venj in the Dreaming City.
